nebula tattoos

Does anyone know of any artist on the east coast who could put a nebula on my arm( a nebula is a gas cloud in space,very detailed and lots of blended shading and colors)

Jon would do an amazing version. so would Lou Jacque or Nick Baxter. Jeese there are probably a lot more but those two stick out in New England... Where on the east coast?
