need a designer

I need some help to design a tattoo for me, i have the basic shape i can email to people. its basicly a mans body in the form of a cross with feathers as wings under arms, I skydive for a living and want to introduce the idea of swooping through a pond with water trails behind the man. i understand for those people who dont skydive they wont know what swooping is but that can be explainded quite easily in a few emails and pics. any help on who to contact or advice would be gratefull thanks. Dave.... ps:swooping is carried out just as you land and not in freefall.
