need help..ASAP

I got my tattoo a week ago on my ankle, now its all like cracked. i know its scabbed over but its all cracking and some spots on my tattoo r lighter than others. can someone please help me out??

OH MAN IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY WENT TO DEEP, ITS GONNA SCAB BUT ONLY WHAT WE CALL ONION SCABS IT SHOULDNT BE "CRACKED" THOUGH. HAVE YOU BEEN PUTING LOTION ON IT? WERE DID YOU GET IT YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO THEM AND HAVE THEM FIX IT. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS E MAIL ME.
