need help designing tattoo

Hi, I need help designing a tattoo for the top of my arm by my shoulder. I kind of have an idea of what I want but I would really like help designing it because I can't draw well. I wanted to get sort of a tribute to glam rock, rock n roll, and punk rock. If anyone is willing to help me out I've been looking for someone locally and can't find anyone.
