Need links to good religious art?

8 messages · last activity 3/28/2006

Getting ready to start my sleeve (met with tattoo artist today). He told me to find a good example of the face (Virgin Mary) I'm looking for and he will draw up the design off that. The example I have is not very good quality. Anyone know of any good links on religious artwork (old school).
..The easiest and usually the best is,,google images virgin mary''there are thousands..if ya heve troubleust e-mail me and I'l help....TAz
NOT TOO SURE BUT I HEARD OF A GROUP CALLED THE CHRISTIAN TATTOO ASSOIATION whhopps sorry for caps.try them if not try google
The Christian Tattoo Assoc. is run by Rand...the Cherry Creek Guy. And a damn fine guy he is I have seen him take money out of pocket to help a lot of people..he doesn't just talk the talk... he walks the walk! AND HE WILL DO CUSTOM ART FOR ANYONE1...taZ
Any Christian Bookstore will have tons of images for you, all those little bookmarks and cards with prayers on them to carry around, in addition to the framed art to hang over the vigil candles.
Damn fine idea Krystof...I take it ya got yer prescription refiiled?
Yeah, my pharmacist finally got off of the bracelet program.
I did check out the local Catholic Gift Store and they do have many of the prayer cards as examples, but I thought they were too small to work off? You know, they are about 2" x 3' (if that?). I also went to the Christian Tatto page. Thanks for the links. I guess, as I mentioned too TAZ in an email, it's CRAZY overwhelming when you start looking for an image. This is the one I keep going back to. (let's see if the link works) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v673/sylvia_mia/042e026c.jpg
