Need Tattoo Cover-Up

Help Me!!! Please! I have a rather large tattoo on my upper back/neck area, of an Angry looking sun. I waited until age 29 to finally choose my tattoo...unfortunately I got it at a crappy time in my life,and chose something that doesn't suit me anymore. I want to get a half moon over one side to balance out the emotion in my tat. I need a lot of detail and color. Can anyone suggest a FANTASTIC artist for cover-up work,in the South Florida area? TY
