Need to find the name of an artist

I got at tattoo at freaky tiki on veterans blvd. in kenner, LA. It was a portrait of my daughter I got on my arm. I was wanting to maybe find out the guys name who did it. He was in town for a halloween convention in 2002 or 2003, and he was from Austin, TX. I've gotten over 1000 replies of who did my tattoo, but can't remember his name, the only thing I know is that he was young white male. I would love tell him thanks by giving recommandations for him for other clients, i'm 29 and i'm sure I can recommend over 1000 customers to him in my lifetime. Thanks!!!
