need to know

hey i just go my 3rd tattoo 6 days ago 2 days ago i washed my tattoo before i put my cream on. In 1 part of my tattoo it seemed to be indented a little bit and lighter color then what the rest is i put on my cream and left it now today i washed it and it starded to bleed a bit and some clear-yellowish fluid started to come out. is my tattoo infected? well im goin to see the doctor rightaway just to find out whats wrong .
