Look man....If a professional artist were to "hook you up" with anything he/she could be held liabel for any bad reactions or even if you were just dissatisfied with the results....especially since you areNOT licensed.....I seriously doubt any licensed artist is going to risk not only a law suit but possibly losing their license just because you want your tattoos removed cheaply....maybe you should try another forum?
