Anyone know any good tattoo shops in Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, or Quebec?
I've been looking into getting for about a year and now I feel I’m ready to get my first tattoo. The problem is I’m not sure where I should go to get it… I've found a bunch of shops but I’m really having a hard time deciding.
I’m seriously thinking about a shop in Montreal called Adrenaline but no one seems to now much about it. I don’t want to rule them out just yet, but I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction a high quality shop in New England? Thank you

Just so people know I've already search for artist through this site but there weren't any listed in Vermont.
I seem to be posting a lot to my own messages lol.
Any helps greatly appreciated. Thanks
Mike Conners is in Brattleboro. Jason Tooth is in Burlington I believe. The TattooNOW offices are in western mass, many of the artists on this site visit for a few days.
Hey thanks! Which one would you suggest for a large phoenix design?
Mike Connors definitley at Art for Life in Brattleboro. I think his site is www.Fbombart.com
Have you or anyone been tattooed by Mike? If so what was the shop and your experience being tattooed like?
I haven't been tattooed by Mike (yet) but I can say, I've seen a bunch of his work on several different people healed, and it looks fantastic, as well as him being a great guy anyway.
If Maine is ok, there's Sanctuary Tattoo in Portland. I got a gorgeous one from Jen Moore there. While she tends to do a lot of fairy/flowery things (which is DEFINITELY NOT) my style, she did and excellent Haida loon on me-- she is fantastic, and the environment is great.
theres the shop i work at. BodyCreations in Rochester NH. and theres Midnight Moon in Chichester. Midnight moon is amazing.
Thanks for all the replies! They're all greatly appreciated. Maine is little far for me right now but I’m considering grad school in Maine so it might actually be a lot closer in the not to distant future. The two shops in New Hampshire both look sweet, and after visiting Midnight Moon’s website I agree that they do have exceptional work.
I personaly have been tattooed by Mike Connors in Brattleboro. He is absolutly amazing. His rate is $140 an hour, but you can book half days or a full day depending on what you want to get. He has 10+ years of experiance. The shop has a friendly sarcastic vibe, but once you get to joking around with him and his fellow tattoo artist "sharky", you'll be laughing and feel relaxed. I'm getting my second tattoo by Mike this july. The quality is amazing, deffinitly go there.
