NJ Tattoo - Delicate work

I'm going for my second tattoo and want to find someone in the Ocean County area that can do more delicate work - want to get a Hummingbird/flower/vine design. I see a lot more work that is heavier and bolder and was wondering if anyone could recommend someone that could do something with finer lines. Thanks.

www.tomyak.com works tue to thu,at neptune tattooville,and he can do some delicate style work.. And Tommy@ www.tradewindstattoo.com Rich,and Chris@ www.immortalink.com aren't in ocean county,but well worth the trip,and both can do really nice fine line work..
