Hey Everybody!
A while ago I posted about numbing and since then I've received about 4 emails a day asking about it. So...to answer the question that pops up the most...What Am I Using?
I actually use two types of topicals designed specifically for before and after the skin has been broken. The method is specific to each individuals sensitivity levels. Some people don't need numbing at all and some do. The great thing about this method is that it is adaptable and safe for almost everyone and for most of the body.
The only negative side that I've found in the past couple of years is that any tattoo with numbing will take twice the amount of time and for healing purposes I generally will only work and area for no more than 4-5 hours at a time. I've found that no matter the body type, this helps to keep the skin from being overworked on those larger, more detailed designs.
Sorry that I can't tell anyone the exact name of my topicals...unless of course you are a client coming to see me. I hope that everyone understands the need to protect business.
For those that have been emailing me, I apologize for not responding as quickly as you've been sending them and for everyone that isn't in practical distance of myself (Scotland, Austrailia), I also aplogize.
And of course if there are questions still, please feel free to continue emailing.
Sincerely
Issie
