OK GABE ITS GAETTING WORSE!!!

It took me 23 tries before my last post was accepted...and I was VERY careful to type in the correct leters ....I'm not sure this program is such a good one pal...just my opinion!!...TAz

I for one say THANK YOU Gabe!!!! I have spent hours and hours of my time deleting spam from the maessage board(s) this summer for no pay cause all the regulars have been so annoyed at the spam. I know you (Gabe) have been trying to fix this problem since early June and thats ALOT of work for you to do with all the other stuff on your plate! Especially since the messageboard is the icing on the cake of TattooNOW and a free service for our visitors to come and socialize and ask all sorts of greeat questions about how and where to find and get the perfect tattoo :-)

Agreed. It should really cut down on the time you guys spend moderating :) I do have a question, would it be easier to switch up to a php system where everyone is required to register? I think with those you can appoint moderators for different forums within the forums... I bet you could even get a recruit or two to help you mod from here. Dont throw things at me, was just something I was wondering about. I dont want you guys workin any harder than ya have to :) We love ya, yanno :) (And appreciate you, even if its not always apparant)

Seriously, I have spent hours deleting the joys of phentermine and child rape videos. I'm not speaking for Gabe, but switching up to php would be a -massive- undertaking. It's not just this message board that exists, but every message board on this website. That might be 30 or more? I have no idea about codeing, but I know if I had used CSS to do even one or two websites, it would take me forever to switch, probably a couple of hours less time for someone who was more adept than me. Plus, you would have to take down Tattoonow for hours because as nice as a test server is, some things you just can't check unless a website has gone live. I mean, it's literally hundreds upon hundreds of lines of code that go into making something so complex as this website. And Gabe does it all -in- code (I'm a wussy who can only work in design view in Dreamweaver) which is a pretty ridiculous undertaking for just two guys. Now, I'm going to go buy a couch. I suggest you guys ease back into your own couches, have a nice cocktail, and eventually everything will be right as rain. Or you'll get completely drunk off your ass. Either way everything will be just fine.

Yep, I used to freelance web design, and moderate forums, so believe me, I know. :)

hacking other free software isnt really practical with an engine that powers over 60+ websites... As we all know, if you want it done right you have to do it yourself. So we are, along with eighty million other things we need to do right. ack!
