Fuck that, you sit in the chair for a tattoo, I'm not here to provide an environment to get it on with your old lady, that's not the business I'm in. I'm a tattoo artist. That is what I do, and I take it VERY seriously. For someone to ask such a question is incredibly disrespectful and insulting to someone in my shoes. In other words, it's like saying Tattooing isn't a real profession, in fact, its just sleazy enough for someone to bring some whore into the shop and pleasure them because after all, it's just a tattoo shop (keep in mind, the guy doesn't even refer to his girlfriend as his, just "the gf."- No pride whatsoever to have her apart of his life there). I'll start this one off by saying I brought this thread up at work and Gabe told me outright that he agrees with wo and disagrees with me on this topic, and told me he would post tonight concerning this, and I respect Gabes views on the topic. Not only because he owns the shop that I work in, but because we were able to speak as adults on this without yelling or screaming. The bottom line is people will disagree with each other from time to time. It's human nature. Sometimes on message boards, things get taken a certain way that wouldn't have been taken that way if it were a face to face conversation. While I can definitely understand some of the points Gabe has made in his last post concerning acting more professional, I agree that I could have handled that situation better by getting my point across without the namecalling, and as previously said, I did apologize for my comments to the gf in question if she does indeed exist. Keeping in mind though, I stick by my guns about the tattoo studio/fuckshop combo. It is just plain wrong. I also feel that I was not wrong in being defensive on the topic. My wording could have been better, but my thoughts werent' wrong, as I'm sure if the same thing got brought up to a Doctor, their thoughts would be similar. However, my opinion does differ greatly on Gabes post concerning opinions on being prudish. While I have no issue with people being frisky (to a degree) in public (where people of ALL ages are entitled to be), certainly he must clearly understand the difference between frisky and an outright sexual act, which is what kicked off this entire debate to begin with. To encourage him to get head in as many places as he can, I'm definitely NOT on the same page as Gabe on that one.
