Painful in mornings

Hiya Had a tattoo on my lower leg, just above ankle. Its quite big, about 6" by 4". Getting it done was ok, being the third. It was fine all day. Next morning when I got out of bed, it ferking hurt. Got pulsating pain from behind my tattoo (blood flowing again I guess), took about 5 mins to ease off before I could walk. Now I find everytime my foot is elevated (day or night) and I go to stand up, I still get this pain, its been 5 days, its healing lovely, swelling is starting to go down. How long does this pulsating pain last :o(

i had the same thing when i had my leg done stopped after about 6 to 7 days kind of felt like a sledge hammer hit it everytime i would get out of bed in the morning.
