PAINFUL PLEASURES

Has anyone had problems with Painful Pleasures? I have been ordering my supplies through them for 3 years now, and its one thing after another. First they never have their website updated. Then they send something "like" what was out of stock. So i started saying no substitutions and things got better. But this is the last straw. I received a shipment and everything was crushed in the box. There was a gallon of MadaCide and a gallon of Green Soap, loosely boxed in with gloves, needles, disposable tubes, and pigments. The glove boxes burst open making them unusable. Same with the tubes. Luckily the needles weren't destroyed. But thats it! Never again. I'll pay twice the price first!
Also, the guy on the phones reply was: What do you want me to do about it?!
Never used them - I stay with my local supplier- Tommy's in Somers, CT. I have gone to them at their store AND ordered supplies having them delivered....never ever an issue. I know how hard it is to find decent suppliers-so far Tommy's has done a great job. I have also bought from other suppliers BUT when I want something reliable and true-I just buy local. My hubby swears by Papilion's too...I just like Tommy's better.
I used to order from them for years. Once, I received a quart of something instead of the gallon I paid for. When I called them they said they would have to check to warehouse video to see if I was lying! After years of service they think I'm going to lie about $4.00??? Another time 12oz of black ink spilled all over 10 boxes of gloves and other stuff. They told me that I had to email photos of all the damaged goods. I have never seen such distrust and horrible customer service. I no longer use them.
I got 2 words for you...Kingpin...well thats 1 word but hell kingpintattoosupply.com is the best they forgot to put some green soap in my order once not only did they overnight it to me they refunded the money for it as a "sorry bro" gesture...#1
