Planning on selling Tatoo Flash. Need Help!

I'm planning on selling my tatoo flash from store to store, is this accepted? http://photobucket.com/albums/v346/eviljhn/ These are the sketches, not the finished work! I've cleaned it up for the flash. I'm fitting 3-5 on a page. But I need a good place to print b & w 11x14 80 lb cover stock paper. Is this possible in kinkos? Or do I need Somewhere more specialized? What price should I ask? Per page if possible. Do any of you think I have a chance of making money?
Good stuff. I think these would make good tattoo designs. Give a call if ya want, (413) 585-9134.
Oh man now I need even more help! I printed out the flash and it looks crummy i can see little squares every where. I was wondering you you guys make your flash? Do you make it on a big paper and get it copied? do you scan it and copy it? I scanned my work at 150 dpi and put it on a photoshop canvas of 150 dpi and pasted and arranged them. It would be reallt helpful finding out how you guys make flash.
I'm starting to sell flash, as well. I talked to some people in my area and I was told that they are sold in sets, which normally have about 10 pieces. I was told about $75 bucks per set. Now, I don't know if that's right or not...thats just what I was told by a local shop owner I know. I would scan with MUCH more detail. I'd say 300 MINIMUM. And I just do solid black tribal stuff, so if your stuff is more complex in terms of color shading and whatnot, I would say the min would be even higher. Also, make sure you printing at a good quality, in terms of printer settings. I know that you can sell flash on 8 1/2''x11'', but going alittle bigger doesn't hurt. And yeah, Kinkos or something should be able to handle it.
I am also selling tattoo flash. A little advice for the guy asking about copies. First of all, 11x 14 is an odd size. You would want to go with a 11x17. Thats a standard paper size, and you wouldn't need 80lb paper either. The only reason you would need 80lb paper is for your origionals, and you NEVER sell your origionals. Those are to be kept for your portfolio. You need to sell two copies of each set. one B & W (liner sheet) and a full color (shading sheet). The tattoo artist needs both of these prints, but doesn't care about the quality of the paper. Afterall he/she is only using them fore a template.
to get a set perfect it takes a lot of hours of hard work!!! Many tattoo shops will critisize the hell out of your work!!! This is what i have learned in my many experiances with rejection... In order to sell your work tatoo shops highly prefer your work to be on 11x14. The problem is that paper doesnt come in that size. I have to print them in 11x14 format on 11x17 paper and manually cut them on a cutting table. 80lb paper isn't necessary however it is much nicer and might help in your sales. any small thing you can do to give your flash a more professional apperance helps. such as creative borders, having both, b&w and, colored sets, page and set #'s such as set1 page1, set1 page2etc, Make sure your lines are smooth and not too thick or close together in detail. Skin looses its elasticity over time and close lines will run together creating a blob. I always thought my drawings would just sell themself... ha! not true... Just keep at it, take critisizim constructively, and don't give up!!! It will all pay off in the end when all you do is sit back, run copys, and mail out
