please help

Hi, I just got my new tattoo three weeks ago... I know I had to think about it before getting it done, but now I need to ask somthing... The tattoo is located on my wrist.. Today im 22 years old and my weight is 253. If lets say in 20 years i'll gain more weight, will somthing happen to my tattoo? will it get distorted? or maby this location (the wrist) isn't much a problem? I saw big people with a wrist double then mine, so im a little bit worried... Thanks in advance!
