Hello, i have an 2 old tattoos i want to get covered up with some old school design roses. i would prefer them to be in bright colors, but ive heard a cover up has to be dark. question is will i have to get black roses?

dont know. would need a good pic to see what there is to work with and such.
no you can get full color no problem, if your going to a great artist. some ppl wont do coverups, but lots of them have been done in full color.
