question about new tattoo

I got a tattoo saturday evening, its a sugar skull with pink, black and white ink, it is on my upper arm (the outside). It was of course red the night that i got it, and it was red last night, just underneath the tattoo though. The redness was completely gone when I woke up this morning but has since returned and is twice as bad as it was last night. The redness goes from the bottom of my tattoo down 3 inches or so. Its warm to the touch. But most of my tattoos always were warm I do not have a fever and I don't fell unwell, and my tattoo isn't oozing nor does it smell bad. I am scared though! I know tattoos that are easily irritated tend to get pretty red, but I am looking for some reassurance.
