Reputable blackwork artists

I was just wondering if anyone out there knew any reputable artists in the southern new jersey/ philly area. I have a shoulder piece and want to get it extended but dont want to fuck around with any mediocre artists. I just want to get a quality tat basically. its blackwork design similar to what dan dimattia does. Dan was going to finish it in May but i missed him at the NY convention. any help would be terrific. Thank you
