reusing needles is it right and legal

What does the law say can you autoclave a needle and use it again
I can care less about what the lay has to say regarding this topic, but anyone who reuses needles is a person that cut corners at people's expenses. Even if you could guarantee a fully sterilized needle, Needles wear out after every tattoo. Some artists change needles several times when doing big pieces. If you can afford needles you probably can't afford a sterilized, therefore visit this site: <"This site">
I meant LAW not lay and "CAN'T AFFORD" Edit button please!
I'mn sorry that you think im a kicthen scracther but I'm not. This artist im working under is suppost to be one of the best black and grey artist out there, he has been in the buisness for 17 years and all his crudentail did pan out. the worst thing is it really did cost me 8000, and I bust my ass working to jobs to keep it with very little sleap. I would never do that shit to some because it is wrong I'm just looking for a little help on trying to find oout what to do so thanx for all the replies.
here is a link to a copy of the new jersey health regs. No idea if they are the most current, but I highly doubt any newer regs would take out requiring single use needles... If I were you Id read through the whole thing.
Brett Fallen King and Gabe are both right...every state and locale will have its own regs regarding tattoo needles ...most do NOT allow the reuse of needles and its a very poor practice anyway...I encourage you to always use new needles!
Hey brah I didn't mention the word "Kitchen Scratcher" anywhere in my posts. I think you just called up yourself such name. Can we see the shops site, inkednation, myspace. The name of the shop would be good to do some research.
I dont feel too comfortable with people encouraging "outing" behavior on this forum. Its not professional in the least to take ones private problems and make them public. If the artist feels that the studio is breaking the law and wants to take action they should confront the owner, and then the health department. Ratting people out online is useless, we have no idea who any party is and it just causes unnecessary drama. If the poster points to an online article that reads "Health department condemns studio XXX as unclean" thats one thing, some apprentice asking about health concerns should most certianly not start slinging shit in public when their duty is to go to the healt board, or at the least explain to the mentor their health concerns and choose a course of action from there. I guess if you want to "out" the studio and artists based on rumors and anonymous posts and see what internet harassment can reap, by all means go to other boards... Lets keep this one as professional as possible while still being public.
First of all I never said who they where I was looking for advise so I never rated anyone out. I was being professional about it and thats the way I went about it so you don't know the at all.
I know.
