San Fran Bay area Blacklight tattoo artist?

I am looking for a good artist who has done and can show examples of blacklight tattoos they have done in the past. I want to get one but want to make sure the artist knows there shit as I hear the ink is different than normal tattoo ink to work with and I dont want to be the test dummy for even a kick ass artist.
