i asw this saying on my new irish friends arm. Erin Yo Brayh. what does it mean?

Boy I hope like hell he didn't spell it that way cause it's Erin go braugh, and it means Ireland Eternally, or Forever Ireland. Man I'm glad I'm Scottish....
