scabbing

My lastest tattoo which is a week old is not scabbing. Should I try and speed that up to get the layer of flaked ink off>?
and how do you intend to 'speed' that up?? maybe you should let nature take its course and follow the aftercare directions that the artist gave you? as everyone does heal differently and at different rates...
Contrary to the uninitiated...tattoos do not "need" to scab...in fact if applied properly and cared for properly there is usually VERY little scabbing....of course there are exceptions to any rule...TAz
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it.".... "Don't pick it, or it will never heal.".... "If you lose your keys in a river of molten lava let them go; because man, they're gone.".... In other words, "Let her be, let her be."....J
J-Werk, Can't help but note that, dispite your youth, your posts are invariable 'right on' but in part, I credit your mentor and junior, I want to thank ya for your humor, it's great, keep up the good work (or I'll call Taz and have 'em warm up the clipcords)...later...Doc
....!You wouldn't dare! *lol*... Thanks Doc! I try my best and yes, I have to give credit where crdit is due to Taz and the gang at the shop. I know that my comments on here are squirrely at times but then again I try to through in just enough common sense to even it out. I guess if they offered that as a major when I was in college I would have a fancy piece of paper by now but somethings even the most highly educated of persons can't put in books.....J
...Okay, that should be *"throw" in common sense*....Hell no one said that I had mastered the english language, nor did I major in it!....Furnt!....J
By the way Doc...We KEEP em warmed up!!!!...T
