Scream Ink ... Whats really behind the bottle?

18 messages · last activity 8/29/2006

So, I am here trying to find out as much info as I can on this so called product, " Scream Ink". Not only do they carry illegal pigments in their ink, red 8 , which was banned in 1989 in ALL Cosmetics and drugs, but they make your skin bleed, blister, puss and scar. Does anyone here have any insight on them? Anyone have any reactions? Does anyone know if the pigment red 8 causes cancer? If you do, please email me with any helpful links about this product. It would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to find out more about this ink because I have used it, and now im pain after 5 months of getting tattooed with this ink.
Let me guess.. you found all this out after you got tattooed with it? Or you scratcher-fied someone and they are having the reaction and are now threatening to kick your ass?
*screaming from the cheap seats... "Blood makes the grass grow greener, greener!"*
Oh... btw.. I forgot to tell you.. You're going to die. That scream ink will kill you. (or the person whose skin you put it in) You're fucked dude.
Blistered...sorry for the kiddies ...I will give you a straight amswer. I have heard all the horror stories about this pigment but have never used it....I would suggest that you seek the advice of an attorney...TAz
I dunno. I was under the impression that the needle made your skin bleed...and that poor care of the tat caused the pussing and bad scarring...whoo, guess I was wrong.
As far as "banned" depends on jurisdication not all bands apply to all countries.... as to a lawyer... it depends if it was profeesionally done or not, where they got the ink... etc.... If A) It's made outside jurisdication of the ban, you can't sue the manfacturer. B) If it wasn't done by a licensed pro... you can't sue them or the supplier. C) If both of the above are true your f***ed and are going to die.
Yeah. Definitely get an attorney. That way they can sue for you because the ink killed ya.
roflmao!
Don't laugh. This is some serious shit.

In response to Keaz...YES you can sue ...the initiation point of the pigment is not an ussary requirement and whether the artist was a professional or not is not germain to the argument of culpable liability....If you were tattooed by ANYONE and reasonably expected a positive end result and can prove culpability IE that the artist should reasonably have performed said tattoo with proper care and equipment you DO have a case....I am not a lawyer...get one!!
"reasonably expected a positive end result" How can reasonably expect anything from a scratcher?
Reasonable expectation of end results is not jurisprudently set aside even though the artist was not a licensed professional. Not in the USA anyway.Culpable negligence is not at all difficult to prove. Now say the person who GOT tattooed was a professional tattoo artist then some ,not all, but some of the culpability would be attributted to him/her by venue of the "prior knowledge" codals... in other words he/she should have known better.
I'm using scream ink without problem : i saw bad reaction with many reds : millenium red, intenze red, stabright red ( scarlet red) ..and now i know scream ink #8 red is out of market...
SOILENT GREEN IS RED #8!!!!!!!
AAAAAHHHHHHHH!! *runs for cover*
No more Miami Ink please! Everybody put the machine down.
