Sexual Advances UPDATE

Just wanted to give an update in a new thread: in the last two days I've learned that the artist is NOT the owner. There are two people in the shop with the same first name, one is the owner and one is the scummy artist. This gives me many more options... easier options I might add. From what I've been told the owner is a very reasonable and respectible person; and I have no desire to destroy the livelyhood of him or the artists in his shop that had nothing to do with this. I will talk with him about this and hope that he does the right thing - fire the artist. If he doesn't do that I'll have to go to plan B. In addition, I will attempt to meet up with the artist's wife to deliver this news to her. Thanks for all of your replies. Very appreciated here.

Fire the artist? This cat basically cut your balls off....and your just going to see if his "boss" can fire him for unprofessionalism? Get real.... Fucking throw gas on him and light his ass on fire. Talk to his wife? How do you know she even cares? She might ACT like she cares, but.......what are you proving by doing any of this? The fact your a law obiding citizen is all I can come up with. Because your definitely not making a statement by taking his job away. He will probably go to another shop, tell the story, and get hired merely for the comedy of the whole situation. I can just see him and his new boss siting around laughing at the fact some jackass boss would ever fire him for fucking a customer. HAHAHA! Joke would be on you buddy. Put him in the hospital....grab a good lawyer....and do maybe 6 months at the most. And laugh at the fact that you kicked his nuts so hard, that he has to take shots to reduce the swelling in his prostate so he can urinate without feeling like he is going to die. He'll forever think......"man....I fucked with the wrong dude"

I don't think he's trying to make a statement, i think he's trying to make sure this guy won't do that anymore. Go light urself on fire, then u can sit in the insanity ward somewhere for a while and we wont' have to deal with you.

Go talk to the owner and the guy - there are scumbags in all professions. This is NOT a pro - pros don't use thier job as a place to get ass or anything else. Every shop I have worked in, know of would have meant immediate firing for that sort of bs. If the client gets personal with you - you take it out of the shop if interested, you wouldnt be allowed to fool around at your workplace in other jobs - I can't see why it would be permitted in a tattoo shop.
