i recieved a tat with a long shadow that was suppose to have lettering in the background of the shadow. however the shawdow turned out to dark and the words are not as bold as i want them. is there a way to lighten the letering up any or could i cover up the black shading with anothere color. thank for your input
ask your artist. if there's a flaw in the tattoo he should be able to see it.
Hi there, How old is the work?? If it is a new tattoo. it might need to heal. Shading always gets lighter and detail gets clearer as the tattoo heals. Good luck!!! Lee
the tattoo is about 3 weeks old and has finished scabing. i just want to see the letters better we did not color them in with anything do you think if we colored them in with a white, yellow, blue, green if it would show better. because what i wanted was the letters behind a shadow or a haze so you could see them but they would be sofend. its my fathers name and date of birth and death. but it turned out to dark and now i want to be able to see the name better. thanks for any help with this. nate
