skin spot

hi, my name is emilio. i have a tattoo kanji on my left leg but. i have in program for september a big tribal on my lower navel, and for october a tribal sun sel designed on my back. I have a problem my back is full of brown/black spot caused by sun and i dont know if it dangerous to be tattooed on . will be come to have a big ful sun tribal ... what do you think? thank you for hope!!
You are right to be worried. You should go to a doctor and get them looked at. Have the Doc remove all of them if possible . This will give the artist a little smoother surface, he won't have to tattoo around them leaving your tribal with a bunch of brown spots all over it, and you'll also get the benefit of removing any moles that may have developed into cancer in the future. When a cancerous mole is pierced(tattooed) or cut/sliced it releases cells into the body which could lead to it's spreading. Good luck.
