stretchmarks..

ok, i have few very thin stretch marks runing across my lower back. i am thinking of getting a tattoo to try and cover them up. i am wondering what would be the best way to do this, i'm thinking either a tribal with really intricate lines to make them blend in kinda, or a lotus, with lost of shading to camo them any ideas? would this even work? would appreciate replies from artists, not looking to be ridiculed....
