I know of an individual that in the process of getting a tatoo on his arm...experience a sharp pain...put it went away..then 1 month later had a stroke...can getting a tatoo trigger a stroke?

I know a guy that took the garbage out and an hr later he died of a stroke. Can taking the garbage out after 7pm give you a stroke?
