studios in KS or TX

Can anyone suggest a good tattoo studio or artist in north Texas or south Kansas? I'm looking to get my first tattoo, but I live in Oklahoma, where tattooing is still illegal. This really blows because I can't really shop around at different studios, aside from just looking at their websites. So any suggestions or advice would be very helpful. Thanks. -angie-

angie,........ Go to Lucky Devil in wichits kansas and ask for Ron Dolecheck he is excellent but pricey.. but money comes and gos so don't settle for second best... also Dan McClure at bullwinkles is good... but hes a prick good luck!!
