Tacky ?

Hi. i gots me a question for all of you guys out there...and females...i got 3 tattoos...2 of them are on both of my inner wrists..one a nautical star and one a old english S with stars next to it example: ( *S*) well i want swallows.on each of the upper part of my inner forearm..i was wondering for a female ..would that look cluttered or...ugly..is that very feminine? or should i try for something else other then swallows? thanx rae

why swallows?

I don't have a tattoo yet, but when i see someone with them, it never plays into how i judge them. I think that if you want swallows, then get swallows. just make sure you deff. want it :)

swallows always remind me of old school and man i am old old school but to do the swallows is your choice i personally dont think it would be tacky providing that they are placed in confomity of the body in other words they should go with the flow of your arm and angle of where they are placed if properly placed theyshould compliment and work with the existing tattoo you dont want it to look out of place have the artist put a stencil on for ya and where it around for a couple of hours that way you get a good idea of wether you want it or not best of luck take care

Hmmm, I do have to ask- Why do you care what other people think of your tattoos? A tattoo is supposed to be about you and who you are and what you appreciate in life, not anyone else. And as Gabe previously asked- why swallows? (Just out of curiosity). Are you asking about them because alot of other people have them or are the swallows a really significant thing in your life? The reason I ask is because you mentioned you have a star on one wrist and an old english S on the other, which are VERY common "popular" tattoos, leading me to believe that you may have put a lot of weight in other peoples opinions on getting those. I could be wrong (and hope I am).
