Tatoo Cover

I have a chines symbol on my left foot that means women, and the guy that did it messed it up. We wouldnt of been able to tell at the time because I was bleeding a lot and my foot got very swollen. I am wondering if there would be anything to cover it with out getting something extremly big on my foot?
