Tatoo design help needed

Hi, I've been to about 3 different tattoo artists now and none of them have bothered coming back to me. I'm really bad at drawing and I need to get a tattoo done for my daughter. I wonder if there is anyone who can help me. I would be willing to pay if needbe. I am looking for a sort of gothic/graffiti writing of LEIGH across the bottom of my back. Large numbers 03-08 across the top in the same style and an angel in the jesus on the cross pose in the middle with their wings outstretched. I would like this in black and grey and to be quite dark but mainly shaded. Can someone please help me!
