Tattoo Artist needed - Oregon

Elemental Rites, looking for an artist with at least 3 years experience. Must be able to get Oregon licensing (been to tattoo school, have a license in another state, or 2 years tax returns). Drug, ego and drama free shop. Must keep a clean and neat station. Shop has been piercing and selling jewelry for 3 months, need a good tattooist, we are turning away work every day.
