Tattoo Artist Needed

I am getting ready to open a tattoo & piercing shop in the southside of VA and looking for a good tattoo artist. I would really like to find someone who enjoys flash and custom, good at black & grey and color. I would like at least 5 years exp. but will look at your work and consider less. If you know how to pierce would be great to. It is a small town of about 50,000 but a great place to tattoo, alot of people looking for a good tattoo artist in this town.
