tattoo artist wanted

I am looking for an artist to give me an idea for a tattoo of my husbands name. I do not want it to be noticable. I want you to be able to read it but you really need to look to read. Like a collidascope for instance. I do like colorful and the trible look. Any possible artist that can give me some input?
