Tattoo Connect

there was a really confusing post asking about Tattooconnect.com. The site is in the works, it seems to be in the final stages before going public. Taz and many of the folks that post here are launching the site, and we wish the best for em! I bet you'll see a fair bit of crossover.

I think it would be foolish for anyone to not check both sites for valuble information about tattoos.After all, if getting that perfect tattoo(aftercare,artist sugestions,etc) is someones goal, they should shop around,that is if they're truley a prosumer.

Sup Gabe, I am Launching the site (since I am a web designer and tattooist) along with other friends I made through the industry. I really appreciate your good intentions, to a point that you can post anything you want regarding tattoos and tattoonow.com. I can't deny that I made good friends in here (and some enemies as well, lol) and have a blast, even when people disagree with my comments. Some of the people that post there also post here, for example "myself". The purpose of Tattoo Connect is to contribute with the industry rather than separate. Tattoo Connect will be here as well. Now go get there and register as "Gabe" before the name gets taken! Since we are not officially launched (but have 30 something users) you need to use the back door tattooconnect.com/forum My name over there is "fallenking" ..here I go punching numbers to make this live (I'm used to already lol)

Maybe you should BOTH grow up a bit. This community SHOULD be a family! Theres no reason why the various sites shouldnt compliment each other. All this professional bickering and jabs makes us as a group look foolish and unorganized to the rest Im sure. I dont see that as EITHER of yours intent. Wheres the professionalizm your all trying to convey to the non pros? Gabe.....I saw your IP logged on at his site yesterday as a guest. Why not just join and have access to the pro boards as well. Crave...You still come here. Wish you guys would just make up, come to an agreement or what ever and and both promote tattooing in a better light. These site DONT have to be in competition. Id rather see this shit get fixed. It dosnt seem to be going anywhere good. Just my two cents.

Hey, I have wished and wish the new site all the best, but, ummm, I dont really need to be part of a community whos ringleader takes uninformed jabs at me for no good reason. Like I said, i barely have time for this one as it is. I dont find this distaste of mine unprofessional, though, I guess I could have kept my thoughts to myself(forgive me, Im sick and tired). But, ummm, Craveink did come up with some great bullshit so Im not sure why I should feel any different two days later...

Gabe I sincerely hope you just let the past go...I really don't think Crave was trying to insult you at all ...he really isn't like that ....I for one extend my hand in welcome if you want to check us out. Like Paleo John said this isn't about competition ...its about he tattoo community as a whole getting together and sharing art and ideas...remember the part about thick skin? Anyway I truly hope you will visit us at tattooconnect!...TAz

Unless tattooconnection srtarts making websites for tattoo artists I dont see any competition at all! Even then you know I welcome it, and wish it the best. Like I said before, I am not diving right in out of any reason other than I barely have time for this forum, never mind another... and, err, I do have a think skin...
