I was wondering if theres anybody out there who volunteers their time to do cover ups.See out here if you do 30 hours of community service they take them off free.Well my Husband did that, with the budget cuts there went the program. So we started to pay to get them removed ourselves pretty expensive even after 6 times they don't gurantee. He's been 2 times. These tatoos effect alot of things we do with our children,we have 2.We don't go to alot of places like fairs,Santa Cruz places like that for fear of my children and active gang members cause there totally noticeable. He hasn't been involved with them for 5 years now and he's become a productive citizen,a good man.I just wish these could be covered up we don't have alot of money,he's the only one that works. There kind of faded a little,so if their is anyone out there it would be greatly appreciated.THANK YOU

There are a ton of shops in your area.Just go to a respected shop in your area. Any good shop can cover up old work.
I believe she is looking for "volunteer" tattoo work...in other words free.
I don't know about your area dear...at my shop I do free coverups of gang and offensive tattoos for any one under 21 who is involved in any state sponsored program( probation ...parole etc)...this is purely volunteer on my part and on theirs...I will not participate if the client is bein g forced to remove his/her tattoos.
In my opinion if a person is 21 they should be able to at least make payments on their coverups...TAz
And there again proving your one of the good ones, TAZ. I hope she can find an artist in her area that will take payments to cover a gang tattoo.
well taz i'm in your aera and i need one of those free cover ups
