Tattoo Design Help!!!

I life in orlando, Florida, and i want to get a tattoo that has to do with my family. I am only 15, but i want to thoroughly think this through before i get one when i am 18. i want to make sure that i will not be stuck with something i dont like for the rest of my life. I want it to be incorperating the meaning of my mom's name and the meaning of my dad's name. My mom just past away in May (the 22nd), and my dad is my support system and means so much to me, as well as my mom means so much to me. The meaning of my mom's name is sunshine, and the meaning of my dad's name is a laurel flower (http://www.buenavistatownship.org/Photos/Mountain%20laurel%20flower.jpg), which are usually a very light pink or white. I would really like to make a tattoo out of these things. does anybody have any ideas, or sketch anything? also, somebody to tattoo for it for me. I watch that show, Miami Ink, on TLC...and there is one tattoo artist that does really great tattoos, but does anybody have any sudgestions? Thank you so much!!
