Tattoo Infection?

I got a tattoo a week ago, and I am a little concerned about how it is healing. This is my third tattoo, and I don't remember any time being like this. It looked great for the first three or four days. I followed my artists instructions for aftercare, but now the sevenenth day I noticed some parts of the tattoo it looks like the ink came out. I can see my skin color, and it looks kinda patchy where it is colored. It is a star with the cancer symbol in the middle, the star is dark blue and faded to a lighter blue towards the middle, and the symbol is black. Both the black and blue ink looks like it has fallen out. Then today when I was putting the lotion on I noticed a little bit of bleeding, and discoloring towards the middle. What does this mean?

nothing, you're worrying over duly, just dont put anything on it and let it heal for a couple of weeks.
