tattoo infection

i have a tattoo on the back of my leg of the sprite logo and all the colors are getting really bubbly and it feels like my skin on my cave is going to split in half is that normal or is something wrong

Wow. How old is it?? If its new it sounds like an infection of some sort. Could also be a massive ammount of overworking the skin. If its older sounds like a skin reaction to the ink and I would suggest to go see your doctor. If you can try and post some pics so we can check it out. If its as bad as you say I would just go see your doctor to be safe. Try keeping it very clean and taking care of it how your artist suggested. Good luck
