Tattoo magazine and artist

Ok. Im in need of help. There was a AMAZING tattoo artist in on of the tattoo magazines. I think the cover had a woman and a bike(?) on it. The artists name was something like Rain Paltri. He was from uk, but now touring the world because he didnt want to keep his shop around etc. I tried googling the name, but all I get is same weird bable. The guy was amazing. And im talking about Guy Aitchison/Adrian Lee amazing. Help!

truly amazing work. What I like about this guy is that his style varies so much. That's one of the things that throws me off about Guy A., he is so good but most of his portfolio is more of the same.
