tattoo poppin out?

alright so i got my first tattoo almost 2 years ago, and recently it has been popping out like everywere it is inked is poppin out like a 3D tattoo i guess you can say, i was just wondering if that was normal. like i can run my fingers over and can feel the skin thats been inked,

lots of reasons for this,like change in meds,over counter or perscription,diet change,laundry soap,body soap,shampoo, sudden allergies,stress,ect.the list can go on could have came in contact with something.very hard saying exactly what it could be.if worsens go see a dermotoligist doc best of luck
