Tattoo Removal Cream

I am interested in getting a current tattoo covered up. I have been looking into using a cream to take some of the color out first. I wanted to know if anyone has heard anything from these products such as Tat B Gone or Tattoo Off. I don't expect it to completely fade it, just enough to help with the coverup. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The $150, what did that include? One visit or a whole removal?
