tattoo shop for sale

I am putting my shop on the market. I have been open since 2007 and the shop with one artist grosses over 100 k yearly. The shop is only open basically half days monday thru thursday and noon to 8 on weekends. I have a great road location and very upscale studio. One of my alumni artists include JP Alonso currently at AON. Last three years in new location shop has averaged 110 k yearly.
