Last I heard he worked out of Wandas world of Pain on La Cienega in Hollyweird and he was livin in a dumpster with his midget transvestite sister Gerdie.I do know that he contracted rabies from a rat bite ( or from Gerdie no one knows for sure) but he got that under control....its my understanding that the heroin in his system pretty much killed the rabies virus and he is much better now...well except for the anal gangrene from crammin dirty tubes up his ass without using the proper pathogen barriers...if ya go visit him ya might think about bringin along some heavy duty Maxi Pads...he kinda leaks a bit.Oh and HO HOs ... he does love his HO HOs!...He'll do damn near anything for a HO HO...I once saw the man kiss a badger for a single HO HO!...I am happy to say that his nipple did grow back after the Badger smooching incident..badgers apparently hold a fundamental opposition to being smooched by a man with no arms or legs who leaves a pretty impressive skid mark about every foot and a half as he rolls down the sidewalk!...a bit crooked but hey at least he still has two nipples! Hmmm....I'm not a professional, just a fan~ But I'd think you would factor in the price per hour the artist charges, (usually $150 and up for someone good), the details, complication of subject matter, the amount of time for the varying shading, colors, tones, etc....I mean there's so much to consider... I think the first step you could take is to browse shops in your area, look at some online portfolios, pick up a tattoo magazine to flip through, go to a convention (there's lots in NY all year round that are great). Find an artist who's style you dig. Then just talk to him/her, and it should all fall into place for you. Hope it all works out! Tima

hell yea i agree wit u old folks lol im 18 and i got my first tat wen i was 16 (i was Stupid/ plus they were done by ametuers) and folks i regretted two that i have lol thats why ima get sleeves to do a cover up even tho i dont need sleeves to cover up my stupid youth mistakes lol but i always wanted sleeves it looks good even when its done by a proffessional i need to listen to u older people more often. lol i feel sorry for the stupid idots that are young getting tattoos lol u old people rock lol thats why im attracted to women in their 20's and 30's lol
