Tattoos In Sacramento Area

Hey guys, I currently go to school in Chico Ca and was wondering if anyone knows any descent artists near chico. My guess is that there are some awesome artists in Sac which is only like 45 minutes. This is my first tattoo and I'm trying to get it done proper but someone very good. The tattoo will be all black and white ( grey scale). Another Question: I'm 6'2 190, since I have been in school I have been trimming down and putting on muscle mass. I am starting to rock climb again and working out daily and I expet my back ( the place I'm getting the tattoo) to get alot bigger. Should I wait untill I get bigger before getting tatted?

I checked out Zach's work,and Wonderful isn't a word i would use to describe his work..Horrible might be a better description.And he's been tattooing for 16yrs?
