tattoos in western NY

wanna get some good work done areound western NY...I live near buffalo but if theyre good enough ill go to rochester or Erie or whatever... idealy someone who can do bold colorful shit like kinda old school looking

I used to live in Rochester, NY and i had 5 tatts done by Newt at Physical Graffitti. A great guy and does great work. I would have more done by him if i still lived in Rochester....
